Leadership Skills Development
The course is designed to introduce participants to leadership perspectives and the role communication plays in effective leadership
and management strategies. It explores the concepts, principles and requirements of effective leadership. This course will enable
learners to identify key steps in effective decision-making, appreciate the role of leadership in innovation, formulate ways of building
trust and commitment, and become aware of change management processes.

Training Courses
Data Analysis using SPSS ( Introductory & Advanced Levels)
This workshop is offered at Introductory and Advanced Level. The Introductory Level is intended for new learners and aims to provide
them with basic skills in SPSS and preliminary data analysis. The Advanced-Level workshop is designed for people with basic
knowledge of SPSS, statistics and data analysis.
On completion of both levels, learners will be able to apply their knowledge of simple and multiple Linear Regression, interpret Matrix
Plot and Residual Analysis, and build a regression model. They will have the skills to apply statistical procedures such as Binary
Logistic Regression and Compare Means in general linear ANOVA and ANCOVA models, and other designs.
Drafting and Negotiating Commercial Contracts ( Basic, Introductory and Advanced)
This course will provide an introduction to the essentials of negotiating and drafting commercial contracts in English. This course will
be offered in three levels basic , intermediate and Advanced.
