The Continuing Education Office at Qatar University is committed to belief that lifelong learning contributes to
human development and equips our citizens with the tools necessary to achieve their aspirations and to meet
the needs of Qatari society.
Our continuing education programs benefit both businesses and employees. Businesses encourage continuing
education in order to sustain a highly skilled and specialized workforce while employees gain valuable skill
sets to compete in labor market. People who upgrade their work skills and knowledge can keep up with the
latest technologies and business techniques and can also receive other benefits, such as the training needed
to climb up the corporate ladder and to foresee additional career goals.
With more than one hundred course offerings, more than one hundred instructors, internationally recognized
certified courses, and collaboration withmore than forty-five private and public organizations the opportunity
for lifelong learning ismade available and can be tailored to each individual’s aspirations and abilities.

To extend QU resources to the various constituencies we serve through non-degree professional and personal
development programs with targeted andmeasurable goals and outcomes.
