Data Science Meetup: Your Roadmap for Data Science Career
Computer Science and Engineering department hosted an
event titled “Data Science Meetup: Your Roadmap for
Data Science Career” .The event was held on October
2018 in Qatar University.
In this meetup, The presenter discussed what a person
needs to know to be a Data Scientist, how a person could
shape his/her future career from now by strengthening the
skills he/she needs for this journey, and what are the
various roadmaps he/she needs to follow to achieve
his/her goals. The talk was given by Diaa Eldin Ali. Diaa is
a Data Analytics Technical Consultant and Analytics
Solution Architect with 18 years of experience researching
and engineering mission-critical, and data-intensive
applications within IBM. The event provided a great insight
for many of the faculty members and students of CSE
department that attended the event.
