Message from Director
كلمة مدير مكتب التعليم المستمر
Qatar University supports each individual as a center for their own developmental process and the basis for
their progress, prosperity, and plans. The University works towards linking itself with Qatari society through
study of the community’s needs, institutions and individuals, and working toward the advancement of their
scientific and technical capabilities.
The Continuing Education Office (CEO) connects the University and society. The Office identifies and meets
the training needs of the public through specialized training programs, in addition to preparedness programs
for professional and international certification, enabling the greater community to benefit from the expertise,
experience and resources available at the University.
CEO was founded in 1995. Through its professional, general, and contractual programs, the Continuing
Education Office seeks to equip Qataris and expatriates with advanced theoretical knowledge, expertise, and
practical skills in an encouraging and supportive setting. Programs and training courses are usually offered
both in Arabic and English, depending on the nature and context of the respective course, and in accordance
with Qatar’s prevailing continuing education system.
Since its inception, CEO has collaborated with QU academic departments to provide tailor-made continuing
education courses and training workshops. Based on community needs, these training programs have garnered
the recognition of the community as reflected by the growing demand for increased course offerings.
تعمل جامعة قطر على دعم أفراد المجتمع والنظر إليهم كمركز للعمليـة التنمويـة الخاصـة بها، واألساس
لكل خطط التقدم واالزدهار.، وتسعى الجامعة جاهدة نحو ربط نفسها بالمجتمع من خالل دراسة احتياجاته،
أفرادا ومؤسسات، والعمل على النهوض بقدراتهم العلمية والتقنية.
يعد مكتب التعليم المستمر حلقة ربط بين الجامعة والمجتمع. من خالل اضطالعه بتوفير برامج تدريبية
متخصصة تلبي االحتياجات التدريبية الفعلية للمجتمع، باإلضافة إلى البرامج التحضيرية للحصول على
الشهادات المهنية والدولية. وذلك إلتاحة الفرصة ألكبر عدد من المجتمع لالستفادة من الخبرات والتجارب
والموارد المتاحة في الجامعة.
عمل مكتب التعليم المستمـر منذ انشائـه على تصميم وتنفيذ البرامـج وورش العمل التدريبية الخاصـة ذات
الجودة العالية للعديد من الجهات، وذلك بالتعاون مع مختلف األقسام األكاديمية لسنوات باالستناد إلى
االحتياجات الفعلية للمجتمع، وقد اكتسبت هذه البرامج سمعة كبيرة انعكست على زيادة الطلب من قبل
األفراد والمؤسسات على تقديم المزيد من هذه البرامج.
تأسس مكتب التعليم المستمر في عام 5991 ويتبع مكتب نائب رئيس الجامعة للشؤون األكاديمية في
جامعة قطر، ويسعى من خالل البرامج المهنية والعامة والتعاقدية التي يقدمها إلعداد المواطنين القطريين
وغيرهم بالمعرفة والمهارات والخبرة الالزمة وتوفير البيئة الداعمة والمشجعة، سواء من حيث النظرية
والممارسة وتقديم برامـج ودورات تدريبية وفقا لنظام التعليم المستمر السائدة في البلد. ومن الجدير بالذكر
أن هذه البرامج تقدم عادة باللغتين العربية واإلنجليزية وبما يتناسب مع طبيعة كل دورة.

Qatari community. We are dedicated to providing access to educational and training opportunities that will
shape individual lives, professions, and the society.
Our Mission:
To extend QU resources to the various constituencies we serve through non-degree professional and personal
development programs with targeted and measurable goals and outcomes.
رؤيتنا:
أن يكون مكتب التعليم المستمر معترف بة ومساهم بفعالية وتميز في خدمة الجامعة والمجتمع القطري
من خالل توفير فرص الحصول على الخدمات التعليمية والتدريبية التي ستؤثر على حياة االفراد والمهن
والمجتمع.
رسالتنا:
نسعى لتوسيع موارد الجامعة لألفراد ومختلف الدوائر والجهات التي نخدمها عن طريق برامج التنمية المهنية
والتنمية الشخصية و من خالل أهداف محددة وقابلة للتحقق و للقياس بما يحقق النتائج المستهدفة.
