The Center for Entrepreneurship (CFE) at the College of Business and Economics (CBE) offers training programs in
entrepreneurship to serve Qatar University and the community at large. CFE’s objective is to offer effective programs to
develop the entrepreneurship culture and encourage new initiatives and innovations in Qatar. Training programs offered
at CFE are:
• Professional Training Courses
• Comprehensive Entrepreneurship Course
• Erada – Entrepreneurship Training Series.

Center for Advanced Materials (CAM)
The work of the Center for Advanced Materials comes under QU’s Office of the Vice President for Research. Since
its inception in 2002, CAM has been providing excellence in the field of material technologies. With well-equipped
laboratories and experienced expertise, the Center offers assistance to local oil, gas and processing industries as well as
the learning community in Qatar.
The mission of the Center is to enhance and support interdisciplinary research on materials science and engineering
by conducting applied research projects and providing knowledge and experience that meet the needs of industry and
society.
