Uploading IELTS for Qatar University

General Information

Please visit Submit Score Reports for instructions on sending SAT, ACT, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT. Do not upload them here. It will not be processed.

To send IELTS test scores:

fill the form given below completely
upload clear PDF of your IELTS ACADEMIC/ UKVI Test Report Form (TRF), preferably the electronic TRF from your IELTS account
upload Passport to verify identity.
upload Qatari ID if residing in Qatar or National ID of the country of your residency (for example in UAE, UAE ID, in KSA, KSA ID)
Please note that you cannot send the IELTS without applying to QU. Students with QU ID/Application number/Reference number only upload the IELTS results, without this information scores will not be processed.
Uploading incorrect information, counterfeit certificates, forging any documents or information and submitting them to the University are considered as academic violation, which exposes its owner to a penalty that may result in final dismissal from the University.

Please note the following before uploading the IELTS score report

IELTS ONLINE, IELTS One Skill Retake and IELTS GENERAL scores are not accepted
The minimum score for the applicants of College of Medicine and Dental Medicine is 6.0
Do not send the original score report to QU. If required, QU will request you to provide original documents later to verify the test scores
Do not upload expired test reports (two years from the date of first day of class for new applicants. Example- scores before 19 January 2023 for Spring 2025 admission are expired)
The maximum file size possible for each document is 10 MB
Your name and date of birth on the certificate should match the submitted ID/ Passport.
After necessary verification, your IELTS test scores will be added to your QU profile within three to five working days
QU Testing Center reserves the right to verify any standardized test scores and re-test students.
