Qatar University sectors planning to implement new degree programs are required to submit this screening form to determine if a WSCUC Substantive Change review and approval is necessary prior to implementation. WSCUC will review the submission and determine if there is a necessity for further review and/or request additional information.

Note: A Substantive Change screening form is required to be submitted by the Quality Assurance offices at least six months prior to the planned implementation date of change.
